I am about 5 foot 2 and weigh 12 stone. Is this overweight? If so, what would be the nearest weight to slim down to so that I am not overweight? And what would be the easiest way of doing this?

I take thyroid medicine and it seems that when I started taking thyroid medicine years ago I started putting on weight. Now I am quite a bit overweight. Nothing seems to help. My thyroid has never been regulated right. Doctors just don't seem to pay much attention when I bring this up.

I have a problem with thinking I look bigger then I really am. I am not over-weight. I am 5′4” and 125 lbs, but when I look at myself in the mirror, I see nothing that I like. I exercise frequently but I still eat pretty much what I want. People always tell me that I look great but I don’t really believe it… I’m not sure how to get over this. PLUS I read a lot of magazines and seeing all those flawless celebrities does NOT help…
