I have a shoot on Friday for an overweight couple and their baby. The Dad is HUGE and the Mom is kind of heavy too. I just really want these photos to be flattering, you know? I think there will be more photos of the baby but any suggestions on family positions etc?

Lately she's been saying she needs to go on a diet, etc. She always comments about her thighs..I think she's doing this because me and my sister (her mom) are trying to lose some pounds to get to a healthy weight. Any help is appreciated, thanks

I am 5'4 119 pounds and my BMI is 20.3 I play tennis in weekends I exercise because I think I am fat but my mom says I am perfect and my friends think I'm pretty and tall for my age but I don't think so everytime I look at different I think I'm fat and I was close to getting anorexic signs once but then I stopped. I've been living my life with bad body image for 2 years now and I can't stop. How can I stop?

My mom has a really terrible body image, everything she puts on she says she looks fat (which isnt true.) Maybe it has something to do with going thru menopause I don't know. But it really saddens me that my mom doesn't think shes beautiful and doesn't even try anymore. She's a really great outgoing person and I know if she just started putting some time away for herself that she would feel alot better.
