What % of people who are overweight due to untreatable medical conditions vs just lack of caloric discression?

I watched a show on Discovery " The Science of Obesity" in it they stated that only approx. 5% of overweight or obese people were so due to medical reasons ,leaving 95% of the overweight due to over eating and under exercising.
I’m looking for links or stats to support or verify theses numbers.

For example in my english class we have to write a research paper dealing with a social issue. Could obsession of body image such as "obesity" or anorexia be considered a social issue?
How can mothers of small children be overweight?

I don't even have the chance to pee sometimes let alone eat. I don't mean those moms that still have their pregnancy baby fat I mean obese mothers, how do they do it? How do they do all the running around and taking care of small children like toddlers and infants??? I don't mean to offend anyone, I just don't understand how they have the energy to run around being so overweight and when they have the time to eat so much to maintain their obesity?
